NS Stations live with SugarCRM CE

NS Stations, part of the Dutch Railways, in its search for a suitable CRM solution has chosen SugarCRM Open Source to be implemented by OpenSesame ICT.

On October 4, 2011 the implemented SugarCRM CE environment went live. The accent of the solution lies in managing client organizations and contacts, mailmerge facilities and a mobile interface to quickly find and call the right contact. The entire environment is hosted external (from the cloud).
